📌 When should I provide this payment proof?

If you've made a deposit using UPI QR but the funds haven't been credited to your Olymptrade account, we'll ask you to provide a payment proof from UPI QR. This allows our team to verify your payment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

💰 What should your UPI QR payment proof include?

Your payment proof should be a screenshot showing:

  • Date and time

  • Amount

  • Destination wallet

  • Transaction ID

Accepted payment proof example:

If your screenshot doesn't include all the required information, you can also provide a bank statement or SMS confirmation that includes the required details.

❌ Why can my payment proof be rejected?

Your payment proof may be rejected if it doesn't include all the required information or doesn't match the payment used to make your deposit.

❌ Screenshot from the Olymptrade platform

Why is it rejected?

To verify your deposit, we need a screenshot from the payment app used to make the deposit.

❌ Incomplete UPI ID

Why is it rejected?

To verify your deposit, we need a screenshot showing the full UPI ID used to make the deposit.

Other common reasons include:

  • The transaction date or time isn't visible.

  • The destination wallet isn't visible.

  • The amount isn't visible.

  • The screenshot is cropped, edited, or unclear.

💡 Before uploading your payment proof

Make sure that:

  • The screenshot was taken from the payment app.

  • All the required transaction details are clearly visible.

  • The screenshot is complete and hasn't been edited or cropped.

Providing the correct payment proof helps us process your request faster and reduce the waiting time for updates.
