The verification process is an identity check to ensure the security of your account and all your financial transactions. We recommend passing the verification process voluntarily, smoothly, and at your own pace!

You can choose to verify your account voluntarily at any time.

Verification documents

  • 🤵Proof of identity

    To verify your identity, you can upload your passport, national identity document (ID), or driving license. Your document should contain your name, date of birth, and photograph.

    To upload your 3D selfie, position your face in the frame and move your head in a circle. The instructions will be on the platform during verification.

Document check timeframe

Once you upload your documents the verification process can take from 24 hours up to 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

You will receive an email or SMS notification about your verification status. You can also track the verification status in your profile.
