We kindly request that you provide us with the following information in an email or letter to formalise your resignation:

If you joined prior to February 2008, a one-month notice is required.
For members who joined after February 2008, a three-month notice is required, as outlined in the membership agreement.
In the case of a pharmacy sale, one month's notice is sufficient.
Please note that it is essential to adhere to the notice period specified in our Terms and Conditions. See below.
Once we have received and agreed your formal notification of resignation, we will ensure that any monies owing to you will be paid via BACS transfer as soon as relevant rebate details are available from our suppliers and we have deducted any outstanding payments due to Numark.
Numark branding:
It is important that all Numark branding and identification in the form of fascias, fittings and displays are removed as soon as possible.
Please be aware that this clause does not apply if:
you are selling your business to a current Numark member who intends to re-register the pharmacy.
you are selling your business to a non-Numark member who intends to apply for membership.
