We’re pleased to announce that EMIS Now will soon be replacing the Support Centre for Community Pharmacy’s learning and resource hub.
What is EMIS Now:
EMIS Now is EMIS' customer portal for all products and services and is regularly updated with a wealth of training materials, release notes and software updates.
You will be able to raise service requests or get help from EMIS' teams when you need it, without having to pick up the phone.
It will also be the only place to access training material and support for future ProScript Connect modules.

How to sign up:
It’s quick and easy to sign up – you’ll need your RxID to register - which can be found on the Windows homepage of any of your pharmacy PCs.
On Thursday 29th February 2024 ProScript Connect automatically updated and now redirects you to EMIS Now when you click “Online Training”. You can start signing up and using EMIS Now today.
