What is Optum Help Centre:
Optum Help Centre is Optum's customer portal for all products and services and is regularly updated with a wealth of training materials, release notes and software updates.
You will be able to raise service requests or get help from Optum's teams when you need it, without having to pick up the phone.
It will also be the only place to access training material and support for future ProScript Connect modules.

It’s quick and easy to sign up – you’ll need your RxID to register - which can be found on the Windows homepage of any of your pharmacy PCs.
Accessing the Optum Help Centre is easy—simply click “Online Training” in ProScript Connect, and you'll be automatically redirected to the Optum Help Centre.
