🛠 Help – Creating a Table Configuration

The configuration feature allows you to save how you want to view your data in the table by customizing several elements.

🔧 Configurable elements

You can configure:

  • Columns: choose the KPIs to display (e.g. Revenue, Margin, Store Count, etc.)

  • Group by: lets you aggregate data by a specific axis (e.g. by region, channel, or manager)

  • Split by: lets you display detailed rows within each group
Example: group by region and split by store → you get one row per store within each region.

  • Sort by: defines the order of rows (e.g. descending by revenue)

💾 Saving a configuration

In the configuration window:

  • Name: choose a name with fewer than 10 characters (unavailable if defaut checked)

  • Default: check this box to automatically load this configuration every time the table opens

  • Public (admins only): makes the configuration available to all users

📚 Accessing your saved configurations

Your saved configurations can be accessed directly from the table screen:

  1. Click the Config dropdown (top left of the table)

  2. Select one of your personal or public configurations from the list

✅ Best practices

  • Use clear names (e.g. Store View, Weekly Analysis, etc.)

  • Create different configurations for different needs: mobile, deep dive, simplified view…

  • Update your configurations regularly to keep them relevant
