Customer identification

This indicator makes it possible to know the volume and types of customer purchases in the geographic area, channel and period selected.

You have a pie chart representing the volumes by customer type.

Not identified : Customer not identified at checkout.

Existing customer : Customer identified and already known in store.

new customer : Customer identified for the first time.

Web recruit : Identified customer, already known on the web but first purchase in store.

Store recruit : Identified customer, already known on the store but first purchase in Ecommerce.

Then you have a view of the customers by category with information associated

This information depends on the selection among the 3 possibilities: Order, Qty and REV.

Order : allows you to see the number of tickets by category, the evolution vs Y-1 or CY and the average markdown rate of tickets of every type.

Qty : Allows you to see the number of units purchased by customer category, the evolution vs Y-1 or CY and the average UPT for every category.

REV : Allows you to see the turnover by customer category, the evolution vs Y-1 or CY and the average basket of tickets for every category.

MAGNIFIER + : Click on the pictogram magnifying glass allows you to access the ranking produced by customer type.
