The portfolio is the easiest way to visualize the different types of products categorized by their Universal Product Score (UPS).

Therefore this screen allows you to see all the photos of the products having previously selected one of the 4 typologies (star, complementary, niche, bad). You can then focus on design or stylistic analysis to understand the reasons for the performance (good or bad) of a product.

The following elements can be specified:

The sales channel

The UPS is specific to every sales channel (a product can be a star on the web but niche in a store, for example). Therefore it is necessary to specify the framework of the analysis you wish to do. By default, the analysis will be on stores.

The geographic area

The UPS is obviously also specific to every geographic area. Please note, calculating the UPS requires a minimum of sales, countries with little volume may have a low number of products scored, in this case we advise you to select a larger geographical area such as a continent.

The period of time

Obviously the UPS calculation will give a different score over time for the same product. There may be an erosion of the trend for example. If you select a longer period (such a season) you will have the most favorable performance of the product in this period to see the total performance of your collection offer. On the other hand if you want the current performance of your collection offer we advise you to select a short and recent period (such as the week In progress).

The department

The department can be specified in order to analyze the same product shape (model).

Product typology

Once you have selected the scope of analysis you can select the type of product you want to view. You can consult GOLD, STAR, COMPLEMENT, NICHE or BAD products.

The portfolio

The portfolio allows you to view the products without data (except for their UPS score). This allows you to take the time to appreciate the trends that emerge.
