What is a coach concretely?

For Kathy your goal will be hers and she will do everything to allow you to reach it and especially to exceed it! Concretely, this will take the form of recommended actions.

Kathy will constantly analyze your sales and their context (traffic, stocks, promotions, weather, etc.) but not just for your store, it will do the same analyzes for all the stores in your brand!

So She will detect the best practices among all the stores that are similar to you and if a practice can be profitable for you she will draw your attention to it.

How does she know that an action can benefit you? To consider that it is appropriate to draw your attention to a Kathy share will

You have two types of objectives: Drivers and Boosters.

The Drivers will be your main objectives as they are declined and piloted hour by hour.

The Boosters are additional objectives that position the context for the achievement of the Drivers.

For each day Kathy takes your main Driver (the turnover objective) and breaks it down into secondary Drivers on 3 axes: the number of tickets (tickets), the average selling price (PVM) and the number of products per receipt (IV).
