In this release, you now have the option of consolidated coaching for managers who manage a portfolio of multiple stores.

You must first define the composition of your store portfolio, which will then be saved.

To do this, click on the coaching icon in the menu.

then specify your store perimeter by clicking on the My Stores button.

A store selection menu will appear. To refine the selection, click on the filters button.

You can then use all the store filters to create the exact perimeter of your portfolio (at least you can select stores one by one with the store filter).

When the stores perimeter matches your portfolio, click on Apply and you'll see the corresponding list of stores and their number. If you're happy with this, you can click on Confirm x selected stores.

Please note that the maximum number of stores is 50 (don't forget that the purpose of this function is to give you access to a store coaching vision. If you just want to see the performance of stores without coaching them, you can use the filter save function, where you are not limited in the number of stores).

Once this store portfolio has been defined, the coaching page will be automatically updated.

The coaching page corresponds to the same vision that the stores have, but here it is cumulated over all the stores in your portfolio. You can therefore see the cumulative objective, its attainment and trend, as well as the cumulative potential.

Potentials are the sum of the individual store potentials. As stores, you see the departments with the most potential and the number of stores with this potential.

By clicking on the details you can access the list of these stores and their individual potential.

By clicking on the stores, you'll see a list of the 3 products that the store is under-exploiting in this department.

You can also track the overall attainment of store badges and the hour-by-hour tracking of your portfolio.

Finally, once you've defined your store portfolio, you'll have direct access to nostress with the following icon:

Clicking on it will automatically apply the nostress data restriction to this portfolio.
