Now every store has its digital twin. This twin is a department-by-department digital replica based on past sales from the entire network and your store. It faithfully reconstructs your store's sales behavior and defines your sales potential for each department in real time. By comparing it with your sales, we can detect whether you are over- or under-performing.
With this new model, you no longer need to have existing stores that closely resemble you to have effective coaching. Even if you're the only store with your offer and customer configuration, we're able to benchmark you in real time.
Finally, whereas before, panels of 10 to 30 stores were used to challenge you, now it's the data from all the stores in the network that are used to draw up your advice.
When you look at your data on the shelves, you always have your contributions in percentage terms, but also a comparison with your digital twin, and in the case of underperformance, we tell you your future potential for real time (for the rest of the current day) or your shortfall (for past periods).
Potential and missed sales are shown in currency, and if you click on them you can see which products are specifically underperforming in your store.
In some cases, the potential or missed sales are too low to indicate a specific product, so you'll get the "unidentified potential" indication.
However, we leave you access to the old panel to enable you to challenge yourself on more global data such as traffic, TT, etc. in store perf.
Finally, potential and missed are available as columns in store perf. This allows you to see which stores or groups of stores have the most potential to launch your actions.
