✅ Get workers site-ready

This guide walks you through the three key checks: your company status, job status, and workers' onboarding tasks, helping you avoid delays and ensure your workers are prepared to start work.

Before your workers can start working on-site, it's important to make sure that your company, the job, and all assigned workers meet the necessary requirements.

Follow these three steps to ensure everything is ready before arriving on-site.

✅ Step 1: Check Your Company Status

Your company must have a Cleared (green) status.

This means that your company has completed all the required onboarding steps and meets the necessary requirements.

  • Make sure your company status is Cleared (green).

  • If any tasks have been assigned to your company, ensure they have all been completed.

  • If your company is not yet cleared, check for outstanding tasks and complete them.

Tip: A green company status means your company is ready to work on-site, provided the job and assigned workers are also cleared.

✅ Step 2: Check the Job Status

The job your workers are assigned to must also have a Cleared status.

  • Navigate to the relevant job.

  • Check that the job status is Cleared (green).

  • If the job is not yet cleared, review any outstanding requirements.

Important: Even if your company is cleared, the job must also meet its requirements before work can begin.

✅ Step 3: Make Sure Your Workers Are Ready

All workers assigned to the job should complete their required onboarding tasks before arriving on-site, whenever possible.

  1. Open the relevant job and review the assigned workers.

  2. Check each worker's outstanding tasks.

  3. Make sure all tasks that can be completed in advance have been completed.

  4. Follow up with workers who still have pending tasks.

What about tasks that must be completed on-site?

Depending on the setup of the account, certain tasks may only be completed when workers arrive on-site.

For example, these could include an on-site safety briefing, an identity verification, or another site-specific requirement.

These tasks do not necessarily need to be completed in advance, but workers may still need to complete them before they are allowed to start working.

🎉 Ready to Go On-Site?

Before your workers arrive, double-check the following:

  • Company: Status is Cleared (green), and all assigned company tasks are completed.

  • Job: Status is Cleared (green).

  • Workers: All assigned workers have completed the tasks they can do in advance.

  • On-site tasks: Any remaining on-site requirements are understood and can be completed upon arrival.
