If you'd like to reset your progress and start your fitness journey from scratch, follow these simple steps:
Go to the Me tab.
Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
Scroll down the screen.
Tap Reset progress.
Once you’ve completed these steps, your progress will be reset, and you can begin your fitness journey with a fresh start.
