🫱🪙🫲 What is your refund policy?
🫱🪙🫲 What is your refund policy?
Our position refund policy is in line with UK consumer law and the MyEdSpace Terms and Conditions that were agreed to at the time of enrolment.
Under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers are entitled to a 14‑day cooling‑off period in certain circumstances. These rights, and the conditions under which they apply, are clearly set out in our Terms and Conditions. You can check them here: https://myedspace.co.uk/termsconditions
Additionally, refunds outside of the statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period (where applicable) are not guaranteed once a payment has commenced and services have been made available. At MyEdSpace, access to learning content and teaching is provided through the learning portal as agreed.
The 14‑day cooling‑off period starts from August 3rd, 2026, when the Summer school starts.
As outlined in our Subscription Terms and Conditions, payments are charged at the agreed intervals and remain payable for the period purchased, regardless of changes in personal circumstances or suitability of the service.
Specifically, our terms state that:
"We charge you for your subscription even if you do not do the agreed work or no longer require the service."
🛜 What does "live online" actually mean?
🛜 What does "live online" actually mean?
A real teacher, teaching a real lesson at a scheduled time, with your child watching from home and asking questions in the chat. No cameras. No microphones. No pressure.
The teacher answers chat questions in real time, alongside hundreds of other students at the same level. Works on a laptop, tablet, or phone.

Summer School covers the core subjects students will be working on in the new academic year:
Year 5, 6, 7 and 8: Maths, English and Science

You can pick any combination. Most families choose a bundle.
😓 What if my child misses a session?
😓 What if my child misses a session?
Every lesson is recorded and available the same day, until the end of August. Pause, rewind, rewatch as many times as you like. Family holidays in August are common. Recordings mean nothing's missed.
🧑🎓 My child has never done a live online lesson, is it suitable?
🧑🎓 My child has never done a live online lesson, is it suitable?
Yes. We designed the format specifically for students who'd freeze in a 1-on-1 setting. Cameras off, anonymous usernames, questions go through the chat.
The average MyEdSpace student sends 25 chat messages per lesson, far more interactive than most parents expect.
🚸 How many students are in each lesson?
🚸 How many students are in each lesson?
Lesson sizes vary by subject and year group. We’ve found that larger groups enhance learning through more interaction and shared questions.
