Since the source of the livestream is YouTube, not being signed into YouTube account or having Restricted mode enabled can impact livestream availability.
Please note that it is a common complaint online, it's not that MyEdSpace videos or Livestreams have adult content, but sometimes it can block livestreams because Google hasn't had time to analyse the livestream's content, and so might flag the video as having unknown, potentially adult, content.
Please open https://www.youtube.com/check_content_restrictions and review what the YouTube tool reports about where the restriction comes from.

Beyond that, it could be any ad blockers or VPN's enabled, which could impact an individual user's content visibility on the browser.
