πŸ€³πŸ§‘β€πŸ« How does the personal mentor feature work?

Mentors are not available for one-on-one sessions, and you cannot schedule any in.

Students with the Pro package can interact with their personal mentors through WhatsApp text messages only.

They can send text, images, and videos to their mentors, who will respond with text messages.

Mentors can also send voice notes upon request but do not make phone calls.

This setup ensures that students receive support while maintaining safeguarding and quality monitoring.

Mentors can help with any subject-related question outside live-lesson, as well as they can help with students' homework.

Please note that personal mentors might not reply immediately, since they are humans, in fact, successful students at universities.
