I have changed my mind about my product. Can I cancel the order or return it?

Once confirmed, an order can only be canceled within 24 hours.

If you wish to make a return, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the order. You may choose to receive a refund, exchange the product, or opt for a gift card valid for one year, redeemable in our online shop or at one of our showrooms. Learn more on the Returns page.

Please note that items made to order, customized products, or those specifically requested by the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
