How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you've finished shopping, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page to view your order summary. Here, we recommend checking the selected items and quantities. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it at this stage.

Before proceeding to checkout, we suggest logging into your Mohd account for a faster and more streamlined experience. If you don’t have an account, you can create one in just a few steps or continue as a guest.

After confirming your cart, you'll be asked to enter your email address, shipping information, and billing details, and to select your preferred shipping method from the available options.
If you're purchasing on behalf of a company and have a VAT number, select “A company” under the “Invoice to” section and enter your business details to complete the order as a business customer.

Next, choose your preferred payment method from the available options. Once the process is complete, a confirmation page with your order summary will appear.

You will also receive a confirmation email with all the order details sent to the email address used for the purchase.
The status of your order can be tracked at any time by accessing the MyOrder section.
