If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please report the issue within 5 days of delivery to request a replacement.
You can submit a claim through the MyOrder section. To access your order, enter the word ORDER followed by your order number (no spaces). Then, select "Report a problem" next to the relevant item(s) and fill in the form, attaching the following images:
- Photo of the product received
- Photo of the product label (manufacturer’s product code) attached to the packaging — one for each package received
Alternatively, you may send an email to claims@mohd.it, including your order details (email and order number) and the required images.
Please retain the product and packaging until the replacement is confirmed or further instructions are provided by our Customer Care team.
All requested images are essential for processing the claim. Missing information may result in delays.
Our team will review your request as soon as possible and provide an update via email with the outcome of the claim, or a request for further information or images if necessary.
