How should I proceed if the order I received is missing components?

If your order is missing one or more items, please notify our Customer Care team within 5 days of receiving the products.
To do so, submit a claim through the MyOrder section. To access your order, enter the word ORDER followed by your order number (no spaces). Then, select "Report a problem" next to the relevant item(s) and fill in the form, attaching the following images:

- Photo of the product (close-up of the missing or incorrect components)
- Photo of the product label (manufacturer’s product code) attached to the packaging — one for each package received

Alternatively, you can send an email to claims@mohd.it, specifying your order details (email and order number) and attaching the required images.

Please keep the packaging and the product until the replacement is issued or until you receive further instructions from our Customer Care team.

All requested images are essential for processing the claim. Missing information may result in delays.

Our team will handle your request as quickly as possible and follow up via email with an update on the outcome, or a request for additional details or images if needed.
