If you encounter an issue during assembly because the parts do not fit together, please first ensure that the instructions included in the package have been followed correctly.
If the problem persists, you can report it by submitting a claim through the MyOrder section. To access your order, enter the word ORDER followed by your order number (no spaces). Then, select "Report a problem" next to the relevant item(s) and fill in the form, attaching the following images:
- Photo of the product (close-up of the incorrect or incompatible components)
- Photo of the product label (manufacturer’s product code) attached to the packaging — one for each package received
Alternatively, you can submit your claim via email at claims@mohd.it, including your order details (email and order number) and attaching the requested images.
Please keep the packaging and the product until a replacement is issued or you receive confirmation from our Customer Care team.
All requested images are essential for processing the claim. Missing information may result in delays.
Our team will handle your request as quickly as possible and will send an update via email with the outcome of the procedure, or a request for additional information or images if needed.
