What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged item, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or sign the delivery note with “damaged/broken item”, briefly describing the issue.

Please notify both the courier and our Customer Care team immediately—no later than 5 days from receipt of the order—by submitting a claim through the MyOrder section. To access your order, enter the word ORDER followed by your order number (no spaces). Then, select "Report a problem" next to the relevant item(s) and fill in the required fields, attaching the following photos:

- Close-up of the damaged part and a full view of the product
- Photo of the outer packaging
- Photo of the inner packaging
- Photo of the product label (manufacturer’s product code) affixed to the box

Alternatively, you can submit your claim via email at claims@mohd.it, specifying your order details (email and order number) and including all the required images listed above.

Please retain both the packaging and the product until the replacement is issued or until you receive further instructions from our Customer Care team.

All requested images are essential for processing the claim. Missing information may result in delays.

Our team will handle your request as quickly as possible and will follow up via email with an update on the claim’s outcome, or to request any additional details if needed.
