Order status is regularly updated in the MyOrder area. If a product’s arrival date is not displayed, it means the supplier has not yet provided it. Updates are typically available within a few days.
You will also receive an automated email with shipment details and updates. If you do not receive an update and the date does not appear in the system after several days, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
