The Newsfeed - How it works

Admins, it's your time to shine! With this awesome feature, you can now share top-down news articles directly with your team. Big announcements, quick updates, fun polls—you name it!

Where to find it

This one’s just for the admins. You’ll find the Newsfeed section in the CMS menu bar. Can’t spot it? No worries—your friendly Customer Success Manager can switch it on for you in a flash.

How to create a post

Click into the Newsfeed section and you’ll land on a dashboard showing all your past posts. From there, you can:

  • ✏️ Create a regular post

  • 📊 Launch a poll to collect opinions

Add flair with images or videos—make it pop!

✨ Pro tip:
Regular posts can be edited even after they’re published. Polls, on the other hand, are locked once voting begins (because, you know, fairness). But once the votes are in, you can share the results with a single click—which also closes the poll for good.

Who sees it

You’re in control. Choose your audience: everyone or select user groups. Once it's out in the wild, you’ll get handy analytics showing who viewed, reacted to, or commented on your post.

How do users see a newsfeed post

In the App, users will get a notification badge on the Community icon when there’s something new. Unread posts are clearly marked so nothing gets missed.

Prefer newsfeed posts with our without users' comments? Both are totally doable, but commenting is standard turned off. Just ask your Customer Success Manager to switch the commenting feature on.

👍 Likes (aka thumbs up) are always available, whether it’s a post or a poll. So get ready for some digital love!
