What is it?
As an Admin, you can upload an existing document into your MobieTrain CMS. A.I. then creates a single learning moment out of this input.
How to use it?
Where to find it
Go to the learning content section within the CMS and add new content. A wizard will open to guide you through the content creation process.
Can’t see this option and eager to test it out? Please contact your Customer Success Manager to turn on A.I. content creation.
Selecting your target language
As soon as you start to create content, a wizard pops up to guide you through the flow. The first step is to select the language you want the learning content to be in.
It’s also perfectly fine if you prefer to offer this content in multiple languages. First create content in a language that you can easily review yourself. Afterwards, use our automatic translation feature to translate it to another one.
We offer over 25 different languages!
Choosing a source
The A.I. will create its content based on the input you provide. You can select PDF files up to 50 MB to upload into the CMS.
After the upload, A.I. will come to the rescue and transform that document into a single learning moment. It will also immediately translate the text from your PDF if the language differs from the target language you selected in the first step.
When choosing a source document, we advise to consult the guidelines the wizard mentions.
Determine the focus
It is possible that you only want to focus on a part of the document that you've uploaded. That's why you can enter a preferred focus point in the second step of the wizard. AI will then only focus on the subject you've entered here.
This is however an optional step. If you skip it, AI will use the full document to create a learning moment.
Respecting the guidelines
Does A.I. sound like a black box to you? We imagined you might need some more context on what to expect from this innovative feature and how to work with it. That’s why the content generation guidelines are always accessible from within the wizard and via this link.
By following these guidelines, you ensure that you get the maximum out of this feature.
Ready for review
It might take the A.I. up to a minute or two to generate your content, as it summarizes your input and then puts it in the correct order of a learning moment. This learning moment will automatically consist out of:
A title, which your users will see on their home screen
A description, summarising to your user what the learning content is about
Objectives, to tell your users what they will learn in this module
8 to 13 slides, providing new knowledge to your users and some questions to assess if they understood what they just read
What is the only thing you still have to do:
Review the text to check if it suits your expectations
Add images, GIFs & videos to the steps to make it more visually appealing for your users
Add permissions on who can see this learning content (user groups)
Et voilà, click publish, and your users have new learning content to consume.
Preventing and solving weird output
Doesn't the learning content reflect what was in your input document? That probably means that your document has not been recognised as text. Open your PDF and try to copy-paste some text out of that document. If that doesn't work as expected, then the PDF is not saved as text, but rather as an image. When given this input, A.I. cannot read anything but doesn't want to disappoint you by returning an empty learning moment. In some of those cases, A.I. will try to make up content based on things that he can find (an A.I. phenomenon called hallucinations).
Better to prevent than to cure hallucinations, so ensure that you save your PDF's as text!
