Overview
Report Templates in Mobaro allow you to customize the reports generated from completed Checklists. By default, everything shown in the mobile app is included in the report. However, Report Templates provide settings to hide irrelevant content, making reports more concise and focused.
Users must be Super Users or have the following Role to create Report Templates:

Customizing the Results of Your Completed Checklist
Report Templates let you tailor the information included in your reports. Follow these steps to set up a Report Template:
Setting Up a Report Template
To create a new Report Template, follow these steps:
Navigate to Report Templates
Click Create
Select which elements to hide for the template
Click Save
Tip: Once you save, you may need to hard refresh your browser to see the new Report Template as an option in the Results page.

Report Template Configuration
A Report Template consists of a name and a description. You can customize the report by including or excluding specific content using the following settings:
Assignments
Setting | Description |
Hide created assignments | Hide details for assignments triggered while performing the Checklist. |
Hide assignment resolutions | Exclude solutions for resolved assignments triggered in the Checklist. |
Hide assignment history | Exclude the history of assignments. |
Score

Hide manuals and videos per question | Hide any manuals and videos associated with each question. |
Hide orphaned assignments | Hide assignments that are not linked to any Checklist results. |
Hide compliance page | Hide the compliance page from the report. |
Applying Exceptions
For certain questions, exceptions can be applied when "hide" is selected:
Unless a Comment has been Added: The question will show if a comment is attached.
Unless One or More Images have been Attached: The question will show if an image is attached.
Unless One or More Assignments were Created: The question will show if it triggered an assignment.
Unless Question Type Cannot Give Points: The question will show if it cannot yield points.
Note: When setting exceptions, the Question will still be shown if the User has attached a comment, image, or if it triggered an assignment.
Using a Report Template
Once created, Report Templates can be utilized both via the backend and mobile app as well as for when exporting PDF versions of results.
Using Report Templates on the backend
To view a Result in a different Report Template, follow these steps:
Navigate to Results
Select a Result
Click View
Click the dropdown on the top right that says Detailed Report
Select a Report Template
Exporting using Report Templates
To export a Result using a Report Template, follow these steps:
Navigate to Results
Select a Result
Click Export
Select the appropriate Export [Report Template] as PDF
Using Report Templates in a Result Report
Along with viewing and exporting Results via the backend using Report Templates, you can also automatically send Result Report notifications using specific Report Templates. To do this, follow these steps:
Navigate to Notification Rules
Click Create
Select Result Report
Create the rule to your specifications

Next to Attach report, select the appropriate Report Template
Click Save
Using Report Templates via the mobile app
When viewing reports on the mobile app, Users have the ability to select between different Report Templates. To do this, follow these steps:
On the mobile app, navigate to Reports
Select a Result
Select a Report Template from Report Type
