Mobaro

Note templates allow you to easily create predefined Notes for use on RideOps. These templates allow for pre definition of name, description, and note type.

Users must be Super Users or have the following roles to create/manage Note Templates:

Navigate to the Configurations page via the Mobaro backend

Click the + button under Note Templates

1. Keep in mind that although the text is pre-defined, operators will be able to alter it if needed.

Optionally, you can limit the Note Template to certain locations.

Choose a color for the Note Template to be displayed in on RideOps

1. Navigate to the Configurations page via the Mobaro backend
2. Click on the RideOps tab
3. Click the + button under Note Templates
4. Fill in the name and description
 1. Keep in mind that although the text is pre-defined, operators will be able to alter it if needed.
5. Select the Note Type
6. Optionally, you can limit the Note Template to certain locations.
7. Choose a color for the Note Template to be displayed in on RideOps

You must already have at least one Note Type defined prior to creating a Note Template.

Once you save your Note Template, it will be active to all RideOps-enabled locations unless you selected to limit the Note Template to specific locations within the settings.

Ride operators will be able to still be able to create new, non-template Notes; however, will be presented with a selection of the applicable Note Templates created.

What do I do if I cannot create a Note Template?

1. Your account may not have any Note Types, check to ensure you have created at least one Note Type prior to creating a Note Template.

Why can't I access the Configuration page?

1. You may not be a super user or have the correct permissions; contact your system admin for more information.

Can I use Note Templates when creating Notes on the Mobaro Backend?

1. Currently, you will not be able to utilize Note Templates when creating notes on the backend.

Why can't I see the Note Template I created on RideOps?

1. Ensure your Note Template is not limited to a location you are currently not viewing on RideOps.
2. Ensure RideOps is updated to at least Version 4551.
