Written by Logan Bowlby

Overview

The Contributors widget shows employee participation in Checklist completion, listing the active contributors over a selected period.

Why this matters: Visibility into who is contributing helps you keep workload evenly distributed and recognize the team members driving completion.

Configuration and filters

Add the widget to your Dashboard, then focus the contributor view with the available options:

  • Date Range: Filter participation by week, month, or year.

  • Role: Narrow results to specific job roles.

  • Location: Focus on specific Locations or Location Groups.

Best practice: Review contributor counts regularly to confirm everyone is participating, and use the data to identify Locations or teams with low engagement.
