Overview
The Location Overview widget shows the readiness status of every location in your organization as color-coded tiles, summarizing Checklists, Assignments, and readiness metrics in one view.
Why this matters: It lets teams confirm operational readiness and clear critical items before opening or during operations, all from a single tile-based view.
Configuration and filters
Open the Layout Settings icon (the presentation icon) and the Readiness Configuration menu to control what each tile shows:
Fixed Box Width: keep tile sizes consistent across all locations.Hide Assignment Information: hide the Assignments section for a cleaner view.Hide Checklist Information: exclude Checklists details to focus on readiness metrics.Hide Locations Ready for Operation: show only locations that still need attention.Order Locations By: sort tiles by name or readiness status.Mark Approved Items as Handled: update readiness automatically when items are approved.Mark Results Awaiting Approval as Handled: update readiness for pending approvals.
Reading the widget
Each tile represents one location and combines its metrics with a readiness color:
Checklists: the number of due checklists and their completion status.
Assignments: the number of pending assignments with their deadlines and priorities.
Readiness status:
Green(ready): all checklists and assignments are completed.Amber(attention needed): some items are pending validation.Red(critical): overdue or incomplete items need immediate action.
Click a tile to open the location's detail view, with a
Checkliststab for due checklists, assets, and deadlines, and anAssignmentstab for active assignments and deadlines.
Best practice: Review the widget at the start of each day and filter to red or amber locations so pending items are handled proactively.
