Overview

Understanding the visibility of Assignments on the Mobaro platform requires recognizing the distinct differences between viewing Assignments on the backend application and the mobile app. This article explains the three different levels of view accessible to Super Users, base-level Users, and Users with additional permissions.

User Assignment views

The Assignments a User can view on both the backend and the mobile application depend on their level of access.

Super Users

Super Users have comprehensive access to all Assignments on the backend. However, their view on the mobile app will differ.

Users

Users who are not Super Users will have a more limited view of Assignments, which can be expanded based on their permissions and roles.

Users with no extra access

A User without additional access, roles, or permissions (a base-level User) will be limited to viewing the following Assignments:

Backend

Mobile app

Users with extra access

A User with the role can see the following Assignments for Locations they have access to:

If the User also has the and/or role(s), they will inherit additional views for Locations or Location Groups they do not directly manage on the backend.
