There are a few different types of codes you may come across in MiniPay. Find yours below.

When you sign up or verify your phone number, MiniPay sends a one-time verification code via SMS or WhatsApp.

Update to the latest version of MiniPay or Opera Mini.

Switch verification method — if SMS isn't working, select the WhatsApp option instead.

If you see a "Too Many Requests" or "Too many attempts" error, you have reached the daily verification limit. Wait 24 hours and try again.

Make sure you are using a personal phone number, not a shared or virtual number.

⚠️ SMS verification is temporarily unavailable in some countries. Use WhatsApp verification as an alternative.

🔑 MiniPay Card or MiniPay Virtual Account Access Code

If you see a code field on the MiniPay Card or Virtual Account screen, this function is not fully available for everyone.

If you have not received a code, you do not yet have access to the MiniPay Card or Virtual Account feature — you do not need to do anything right now.

Both the MiniPay Card and Virtual Account will be announced in the app and on official channels when they become available in your country.

💡 Do not enter codes from unofficial sources or third parties. MiniPay will never ask you to pay for a Card or Virtual Account access code.
