If your deposit is past the normal wait time and still hasn't arrived, follow the steps below to find out what's happened and get it resolved.
Not sure if your deposit is actually late? Check the normal wait times first: MiniPay wallet transfers take seconds, local cash deposits take 1–3 business days, SEPA is usually instant, and ACH takes 1–5 business days.
Step 1: Check the transaction status in your app
Open MiniPay and go to your Activity history.
Find the deposit in question.
Check what status it shows — Pending, Processing, or Complete.
Pending or Processing — the transaction is still in progress on the payment partner's end. Keep waiting; you will get a notification when it lands.
Complete — the transaction was processed. If funds still aren't showing in your balance, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Check for network or address mistakes
Some deposit mistakes cannot be reversed. Before contacting support, confirm the following:
You sent on the correct network. Direct deposits must be cUSD, USDT, USDC, or USAT on the Celo network. Funds sent on a different network are unfortunately lost.
You used the correct wallet address or account details.
You used the Daimo option inside the app if depositing from another blockchain network.
Wrong network? Unfortunately, funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered. MiniPay runs on the blockchain, and these transactions cannot be reversed.
Step 3: Contact the payment partner directly
If your deposit was made through a third-party partner (such as Cashramp, Noah, AlfredPay, OPay, Daimo, Moniepoint, or Quidax), the delay is on their end. Contact them directly:
Open MiniPay and go to your Activity history.
Tap on the deposit in question.
Tap the support button (top-right corner) to contact the partner's support team.
If the partner does not respond within 2–3 business days, do not wait longer — proceed to Step 4 and contact MiniPay support directly. Let us know you have already tried the partner and received no response.
Step 4: Contact MiniPay support
If your deposit status shows Complete but funds haven't appeared, your wait time has passed, and there are no network errors — contact MiniPay support so we can investigate. Please have the following ready:
The transaction amount and currency
The date and time of the deposit
A screenshot of the transaction from your app or your bank/provider
The transaction hash (if depositing via crypto — see How to Check Transaction Status)
