Moving from Android to iPhone (or vice versa)? Your MiniPay account will not transfer automatically. Instead, a brand-new, empty wallet is created on your new phone.
đ± What You Need to Know
Your money is safe: Your existing funds and transaction history will stay on your old phone.
Your phone number: Your number will automatically link to your new phone. Any new payments sent to your number will go to this new wallet.
No history transfer: You cannot move your past transaction history to your new phone.
đ How to Move Your Money
To get your funds onto your new device, you just need to send them to yourself:
On your new phone, open MiniPay and copy your new wallet address.
On your old phone, open MiniPay.
Send your funds directly to the new address you just copied.
Confirm the transaction. Your money will now be on your new phone!
