MiniPay is designed to give you a limit-free experience! We do not set transaction limits or ask you for ID verification (KYC) to send money within the app.
Why Am I Seeing Limits or ID Requests?
If your transfer is blocked or you are asked for an ID, it is not coming from MiniPay. It usually comes from:
Your Bank: Banks have their own daily transfer limits and security rules to keep your money safe.
Payment Partners: Our third-party partners who handle cash deposits and withdrawals may have their own limits and security checks based on their local laws.
Does MiniPay Require ID (KYC)?
Sending money to friends on MiniPay: No ID needed!
Depositing or withdrawing cash: A third-party provider may ask you to verify your identity on their site. This check is done securely by them, not MiniPay.
What to Do If Your Transfer Is Blocked
Contact your bank: Ask if you have reached your daily limit or if they need you to approve the payment.
Check the payment provider: Follow their instructions if they ask for an ID or have placed a limit on your transfer.
