Most deposit and withdrawal issues are handled by the third-party payment partner that processed your transaction — not MiniPay directly. Here's how to get help based on your situation.
My deposit or withdrawal is delayed
Delays are usually caused by the payment partner or network. Before contacting anyone, check whether your transaction is still within the normal wait time:
MiniPay wallet transfers: seconds
Local cash deposits and withdrawals: 1–3 business days
Euro (SEPA) virtual account: usually instant
US Dollar (ACH) virtual account: 1–5 business days
If you're still within these windows, wait for the notification — you'll be alerted the moment funds land. If the window has passed, follow the steps below.
How to contact the payment partner
If your transaction was processed through a third-party partner (such as Cashramp, Noah, AlfredPay, OPay, Daimo, Moniepoint, or Quidax), contact them directly:
Open MiniPay and go to your Activity history.
Tap on the transaction in question.
Tap the support button (top-right corner) to contact the partner's support team.
When to contact MiniPay support
Contact MiniPay support through the in-app Help menu if:
Your transaction status shows Complete but funds haven't arrived in your balance.
The payment partner has not resolved the issue, or has not responded to your ticket.
You are unsure which partner handled your transaction.
When you contact us, please include the transaction amount, date, a screenshot from your app or bank, and — for crypto deposits — your transaction hash.
