Here you will find all the information related to your account verification. Verification of your account (KYC procedure) is mandatory to ensure the security of transactions and prevent fraud.

How do I verify my account ?

Here are the steps to verify your account:

  1. Go to your personal space

  2. Click the Verification tab

  3. Upload the required documents (see below)

  4. Wait for the validation by our team (usually within 24 to 48 hours)

You will receive a notification once your account is approved.

What documents do I need to provide for verification (KYC)?

To verify your account, we'll ask you for three types of documents:

  1. Proof of identity (valid and in colour)

    • ID card, passport or driver's license

  2. Proof of address (less than 3 months old in original PDF)

    • Electricity, water, internet/landline bill, or bank transaction statement (excluding online banking)

  3. Seflie

📸 All documents must be legible, complete and unaltered.


My verification has been denied, what should I do?

If your verification was declined, it could be due to one of the following:

  • 📷 Blurry, cropped, or illegible documents

  • ❌ Expired or falsified coins

  • 📩 Incomplete or too old proof of address

  • ⚠️ Inconsistencies in the information provided

How to fix:

  1. Check the reasons specified by our team

  2. Provide corrected and valid documents

  3. Use sharp, full-color photos

How long does it take to verify my account?

Once your documents have been sent, our team will usually review them within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends).

You will be informed by email as soon as:

  • ✅ Your account is verified

  • ❌ Or if additional documents are needed

Remember to check your spam folder so you don't miss our message.

During the process, some services (such as withdrawals) may be temporarily unavailable.
