Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually activate (COL) on a Generation 3M or Generation 4 device. This must be done directly through the app.
Deactivate Commercial Lock (COL) manually on Generation 3M and Generation 4 heaters:
Press the gear button twice, and 000 will appear.
Change the numbers to 123 using the + and - buttons.
Confirm each digit with the gear button, and confirm again once the display shows 123.
COL will blink a few times, and Commercial Lock will be deactivated.
If you make a mistake, you can go back by pressing the WiFi button.
