Mill Sense displays incorrect values

The values for TVOC and eCO2 on the Mill Sense device depend on a calibration period to become accurate. The normal calibration period takes 72 hours before the measured values become visible in the Mill Norway app.

If the Mill Sense is moved to a new environment (new room), the sensors may take several days to adjust to the new conditions.

If the values in the Mill Norway app show 0, resetting the product may help.

How to reset Mill Sense:

  • Make sure the battery is fully charged

  • Press and hold the button for 12 seconds

  • The device will blink for a while and then go dark

  • The Sense is now reset

If, after a new 72-hour calibration period, it still does not show values for TVOC, eCO2, or particles, the sensors may be defective.

In that case, please return the defective Mill Sense to the store where you bought it and get a replacement under warranty. Remember to bring your receipt.
