If you go to the list of locations (Regions, Sites, Buildings, Floors or Rooms), click Tools and then Re-sort.
You can then sort Alphabetically or by Code by clicking on the radio buttons and then clicking submit.
If you prefer you can sort manually by dragging the locations into whatever order you like and then submit them.
This will also reflect in the Explorer.
