How do I know which of the subsidised school tickets displayed in the app I should buy?

When applying for school transport subsidy, students must indicate the number of days at school, based on which they are entitled to a half-month ticket (28 trips) or a full-month ticket (44 trips). I accidentally bought the wrong subsidised school trip ticket. Can I cancel my purchase?
