The additional information on the ticket indicates whether the ticket may be transferred to another person. ​

Continue in the purchase path to the summary page.

You can change the way a ticket is used from the Ticket usage menu. Select I will transfer my ticket to another person if you want to share the code.

You can share the ticket’s code via the Details button.

Note! You can also copy the code by tapping and holding the Share code link.

You can then share an individual code.

After confirmation of an accepted order, you will receive a code. The Share code button allows you to share the code using your preferred communication method.

The ticket will be displayed on the home page until the person you shared the code with has activated it. The code can also be shared from the home page or from the Tickets tab. The code is valid for 24 hours, after which the ticket will be returned to the purchaser’s ticket.

The code can be found, for example, in the text message you received from the person who bought your ticket.

You can use the code on the More tab

via the Enter code function.

Paste the code from the message or enter it manually (case insensitive) and tap Add.

When the app indicates that the ticket has been received, tap the OK button.

Select Activate on this device, after which the app will ask Do you want to activate your ticket on this device?. ​

Select OK, activate.

The ticket information appears and a QR code is generated.

The ticket is ready for use.

If you bought a ticket and selected “Käytän lippua tässä laitteessa” (I will use the ticket on this device) at the time of purchase, but later want to transfer the ticket to another person, do the following:

Transfer the ticket to another person by selecting from the ticket’s additional information

Transfer the ticket to another person.

Tap Transfer, after which you will receive a code to share.
