Using a group ticket

1. Home page view and adding a code

The first time you log in to the Trips and Tickets app, you will see the home page.

To add a code to purchase a ticket, start at the bottom of the home page under More.

2. Adding a code to the app

In this view, select Enter code.

Enter the code in the field and tap Add.

After entering the code, the app will indicate that you have successfully joined the group.


3. Ticket activation

After adding the code, you will see a new button on the home page called Group specific ticket and below it the details of the group you belong to.

Tap Group specific ticket to start ticket activation.

In the view that opens, you will see the ticket details. For example:

•Municipality

•Number of kilometres

•Validity period in days

•Ticket type

Tap the blue button to continue.

In the Buy ticket view, you will also see:

•Municipality

•Number of kilometres

•Price

•Validity period

•Additional information, including possible restrictions on ticket use

Tap the Continue button.


4. Ticket activation: Account details

If your account details are not already stored in the Trips and Tickets app, you should enter them at this stage.

Tap the To continue, enter personal details button.

In the view that opens, you still need to enter:

•First name

•Last name

•Phone number


5. Ticket activation: Ticket conditions

When you make your first purchase, the Trips and Tickets app will ask you to accept the ticket conditions.

Tap the Accept the ticket terms of use to continue button.

In the view that opens, you must read and accept the ticket conditions.


6. Ticket activation: Order

  1. There is no charge for some of the group ticket options. If this is the case, swipe the Swipe to order button.

  2. If there are charges on the group ticket, see the payment instructions on the next page.

Once your order has been accepted, wait a few moments while we process your order.

After the order has been confirmed and payment accepted, the app will display Order confirmed.


7. Ticket activation: Payment

Tap the Select payment method field to select your payment method.

Tap to select your preferred payment method.

ApplePay: Appears as an option on iOs devices.

MobilePay: Takes you directly to the relevant app after payment.

Payment card: Payment card details need to be entered after the payment has been accepted.

Finally, swipe the Swipe to order button to the right to proceed to entering your payment card details.


8. Ticket information

After order confirmation, the app will show the home page where the ticket is ready for use.

Tap the Show ticket field to open the ticket for use.

The ticket is ready for use.
