Using a comprehensive school pupil’s ticket

1. Home page view

The first time you log in to the Trips and Tickets app, you will see the home page.​

When a mobile ticket has been generated for a pupil, the Group ticket button is displayed on the home page with information about the pupil’s group.

2. Ticket activation

Tap the Group ticket button.

In the view that opens, you will see the details of the comprehensive school pupil’s ticket:

•Municipality

•Number of kilometres

•Validity period in days

•Ticket type

Tap the Schoolchild button.

In the Buy ticket view, you will also see:

•Municipality

•Number of kilometres

•Price €0

•Validity period

•Additional information, including possible restrictions on ticket use

Tap the Continue button.


3. Ticket activation: Account details

If your account details are not already stored in the Trips and Tickets app, you should enter them at this stage.

Tap the Enter personal details to continue button.

In the view that opens, you still need to enter the missing information:

•First name

•Last name

•Phone number

4. Ticket activation: Ticket conditions

When you make your first purchase, the Trips and Tickets app will ask you to accept the ticket conditions.

Tap the Accept the ticket terms of use to continue button

In the view that opens, you must read and accept the ticket conditions.


5. Ticket activation: Order

No payment method is required for a comprehensive school pupil’s ticket.

Next, swipe the Swipe to order button.

Once your order has been accepted, wait a few moments while we process your order.

After the order has been confirmed and payment accepted, the app will display Order confirmed.


6. Ticket information

After order confirmation, the app will show the home page where the comprehensive school pupil’s ticket is ready for use.

Tap the Show ticket field to open the ticket for use.

The comprehensive school pupil’s ticket is ready for use.
