The Trips and Tickets application experienced a malfunction, due to which the purchased tickets and purchase history wasn't necessarily able to view. The disruption affected both new and already purchased tickets. The problem was fixed by afternoon.

If you were not able to show the ticket from the app and you had to buy a new ticket from the driver, keep the receipt and contact Matkahuolto's customer service by email at matkapalvelut.palautteet@matkahuolto.fi. Purchased tickets will be refunded against the receipt.
