Ticket search
The Season and series ticket button allows you to search for tickets for everyday use.
Search for a ticket by entering the city or the name of the ticket in the search box.
Ticket selection
Tap to select the ticket you want from the search results.
Scroll down for more search results.
Read the ticket information carefully.
The See prices button appears when the ticket product has different prices for different numbers of kilometres.
If the ticket is suitable for the trip you need, tap the Continue button to move on.
Selection of kilometres and validity
Tap the drop-down menu and select the number of kilometres for your trip.
You can check the number of kilometres for your trip using the Matkahuolto Journey Planner, for example.
Tap the Save button to continue.
Note!
The number of kilometres must always be rounded up to the next kilometre level.
Tap the drop-down menu and select when you want the validity of your ticket to start.
The app provides options for the current day and the next three days.
Tap Continue button to move on.
Adding account information and accepting ticket conditions
If you did not enter your account information at the beginning, the required information must be entered at this stage.
Tap the Enter your account information to continue button.
Once you have entered the information, tap the Ready button.
The ticket conditions must be approved once.
Tap the To continue, accept ticket terms of use button.
Read the conditions and proceed by tapping the Accept button.
Choosing a payment method
Select the way you want to use the ticket from the drop-down menu.
You can choose whether you want to transfer the ticket to another person, or use the ticket on the same device.
The selected usage remains displayed.
Tap the Select field to select your payment method.
Tap to select your preferred payment method.
ApplePay: appears as an option on iOs devices.
MobilePay: Once the payment has been accepted, you will be taken directly to the relevant app.
Maksukortti (Payment card): Payment card details need to be entered after the payment has been accepted.
Finally, swipe the Swipe to order button to the right to proceed to entering your payment card details.

Showing your ticket
Once your payment has been accepted, wait a few moments while we process your order.
After the order has been confirmed and payment accepted, the app will display Order confirmed.
You can find the ticket you bought on the app’s home page or on the Tickets tab.
Tap Show ticket to open the ticket.
Ticket information
At the top of the ticket you will find a QR code that acts as a pass. The QR code is stamped with the driver’s onboard device.
Cancelling an order
If the Cancel ticket button appears as an option in the additional information, you can cancel the ticket you have purchased, for example if the number of kilometres selected for the ticket is not correct.
When you tap the Cancel ticket button, the app will ask you to confirm that you want to cancel the ticket.
If you select Yes, the app will display Ticket cancelled.
