Download the app from the app store by searching for Trips and Tickets.

Open the app once it has been downloaded.

Once the app opens, you can activate it for your use.

Activation options:

•Email

•Facebook account

•Google account

•Apple account

Enter your email address in the app and tap the Send button.

Tap the Open email app button to open your default email app.

Alternatively, you can open your email in your device’s browser.

Open the Matkahuolto email message that has arrived in your Inbox. Tap the Activate the app button.

The Trips and Tickets app will open.

Enter your email address in the app and tap the Lähetä (Send) button.

Open the Matkahuolto email message that has arrived in your Inbox.

Take note of the PIN code in the message.

Tap the Syötä PIN-koodi sähköpostista (Enter the PIN code from the email) button.

Enter the PIN code in the app.

Tap the Sign in button, which will become active after you enter the PIN code.

Activation can also be done using:

Facebook account

Google account
Apple account

Tap to select your preferred payment method.

Note! Your chosen login method may ask for your account credentials.

During the first activation, the app will ask for your permission for Matkahuolto to send you information about its services, products and offers.

If you wish to receive marketing communications from Matkahuolto, please activate email and/or text message.

You can also access the app without giving any permissions. You can change these settings later in your own settings.

Tap Continue to go to the app.

If you choose to activate the app with your email, your own contact details must first be stored in the app. You can add your details via the More menu in Settings.

Note! You must add your contact details at the latest when making your first purchase.

From the menu, select Settings

Tap the First name field, enter your first name and tap Save.

Add your last name and phone number in the same way.
