Integrations Hub
The Integrations Hub is your center for integrating with Lumoa. Here you will be able to pull over data from a variety of sources, including CRM's and webstores. Note that new integration options are being added all the time, so check back often or follow our Product News page for updates on releases!
You can also request an integration by emailing help@lumoa.me, and we can add it to our timeline.
To access the Integrations Hub, you need to be an Admin or higher within Lumoa. Then, go to your settings gear in the bottom left of any page:
After, you need to use the headers at the top of the page to access the Integrations Hub, as shown below:

This will show you the list of available Integrations that Lumoa offers. We have a brief description of each one below.
Zendesk Integration
Our Zendesk Integration allows you to import CSAT data FROM Zendesk into Lumoa. This includes the 1-5 score, comment, and any Zendesk data that you have stored on the user who left the feedback, such as the country the user is apart of. It is currently not possible to push data from Lumoa into Zendesk.
Turning on the integration will allow you to pull all data from that point forward, but we also allow you to pull Historic data. This option is presented after we have confirmed your Zendesk email and domain are correct.
Any data that comes in through the Zendesk Integration will have a new collection automatically created for it, and that data will flow into the new collection. Please review our What is a Collection article if you are unfamiliar with this terminology. If you would like this data to go to another collection, please build the integration through the Integrations Hub and then contact help@lumoa.me
The Zendesk integration operates on the Zendesk Open API.
