If you would like to permanently delete your Lotus Flow account, you can do so directly from the app.
To delete your account:
Open the Lotus Flow app.
Go to Profile.
Tap the Settings icon (gear icon).
Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once your account is deleted:
Your account information will be removed from our systems.
Your login credentials will no longer work.
You will immediately lose access to your account and content.
Important
Deleting your account is different from canceling your subscription.
