1. Create a new Product
a) Select Products on the left hand side
b) Click New Product
2. Enter details
a) Name
b) Description
c) Type - select from Hospitality, Physical, Digital, Service, Voucher
d) Image - jpg or .png image (no larger than 1MB)
e) Inventory - Set a stock level of the product or select Unlimited inventory
f) Available for Standalone Purchase? - tick if you'd like to sell by itself. They can also be sold as part of the ticket buying process
g) Tags - for internal use, these will appear in your product list
h) External ID - for internal use, a unique identifier for the product
i) Voucher Settings - this will only appear if you have a Voucher product. If you do, enter the Voucher Name and Days Valid For
j) Submit your product
3. Create a Price Table
a) Learn more - Price Tables - General Admission
b) Learn more - Price Tables - Reserved Seating
4. Manage Visibility
a) Add Channels
b) Add Visibility Rules
5. Activate Delivery Method
a) Activate Print Rules for your Delivery Methods
b) If you'd like to sell as upsell as well as Standalone, make sure you activate the same Delivery Method as for your Events
