Add Tags to Performances
1. Go to the Performances tab on your Event
2. Haven't created your performances yet? Click New Performance(s) and scroll down to the Tags section to create Tags for your new Performances
3. Scroll down and Submit
4. Created performances already? Select the Performances you want to add Tags using the Filter and Action bars
5. On the Action bar, click the speech icon
6. On the pop-up, enter your Tag in the Add tags section and click Submit
7. The Tag will appear next to each performance on the Performances tab
Create a new Visibility Rule
1. Click the Prices tab and select your Price Table
Haven't created one yet?
2. On the Price Table page, click Duplicate As Draft to create a new draft version of the Price Table
3. Right click on the Variant you want to create a Visibility Rule for and click Manage Visibility
Add Ruleset
Name
Description - for internal use
Type - select All Rules must apply
Select Performance Tag Rules
From the dropdown options, select:
Performance
Tag
is (if you're choosing just 1 tag) or in (if you're adding multiple tags to this price)
Start to type in your Tag and select it when it appears in the dropdown
2. Click Save Ruleset
3. The eye icon will then appear on the Variant after the ruleset has been saved
Save, Review and Publish
Save Price Table - NOTE - You must click Save before reviewing and publishing
Click Review
Check details and click Publish & Make Active
NOTE - The Price Table must be published in order for the rule to be live.
