Lexroom lets you control which notifications you receive directly from the app. Access your notification preferences by following these simple steps.
How to access notification settings
Log in to Lexroom
Click the Profile icon (top right)
Select Notifications from the navigation bar
You'll see all available notification categories
Which notifications you can disable
You can manage these notification categories by toggling them on or off:
Activity — Receive notifications about searches, drafts, and purchases
Regulatory Alerts — Receive updates about regulatory news
In-app Notifications — Receive general notifications while using Lexroom
Required notifications
The Account Security category cannot be disabled. This includes important notifications such as:
Password changes
Two-factor authentication
License expiration
These notifications are essential to protect your account and organization.
What happens when I disable a category?
Once you disable a notification category, you won't receive any notifications of that type. You can re-enable it at any time by returning to the same settings page.
Note: Account security notifications will continue to be sent, as they are critical for protecting your account.
